Which persons use a Journey?
Normally the visually impaired are using CCTV's like the Journey. This can be caused by Macula Degenaration, Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP), Diabetes or any other vision condition.
What is the difference between a 17" Journey and a 19" Journey?

When can I use the Looky?
The Looky is an ideal handheld magnifier to look at text, pictures, price tags, menus or train schedules. You can use the Looky easily indoor but also outdoor!
Are you able to write with the Looky?
The Looky design makes it able to write. You can easily fill in forms or sign a check.
Where can I use the Looky?
The Looky is ideal for using indoors as well as outdoors, but especially comes in handy when going out to the supermarket, shops or restaurants. Use the Looky at the bus stop to read the schedule, to write checks or to examine your knitting work. The possibilities are endless.

How does the Noppy bedwetting alarm work?
When a bit of urine is absorbed by the child's underwear, the sensors connected to the underwear will sound a loud alarm noise, which makes the child wake up. The child can finish urinating on the toilet. During the first few weeks, the child needs to be woken by the alarm, but after some time, the child will learn to associate the feeling of a full bladder with waking up.
At what age does my child need the Noppy bedwetting alarm?
The bedwetting alarm can be used from the age of 6 onwards. The bedwetting alarm may be used at an earlier age, but it is advised that your child is at least 6 years old. It is important that your child is properly motivated in ending the bedwetting.

Is nerve stimulation harmful?
No, nerve stimulation has no harmful side effects. This pain relief therapy is always prescribed by a doctor or physiotherapist.
When is the i-Pulz prescribed?
Normally your GP will refer you to a hospital. After a trial period, your treating physician can file an application for an i-Pulz.
